Carla G's Living Room

Thursday we have one of our favorite artists coming to bless the space. Carla G bringing her patented mix of quirk, vocals, and genuinely great times.

For more information check below:

Carla G. can be described in many ways but most will say that she is strong spirited with a bright personality. These traits are what kept her energy thriving as she traveled from coast to coast with her military family as a child. She gained her southern roots in Augusta, GA where she dreamt of being a winner at the legendary Apollo Theater's longtime running Amateur Night at the Apollo. During her teenage years, in Tacoma, Washington, she knew being an entertainer was what she was destined to be. The Hampton University graduate moved to New York City to work the corporate media life by day and pursue her music career by night. In 2016, she took a leap of faith to pursue music and entertainment full time.

The multi-talented Carla G. can be considered many things but her main focuses include being a songwriter & vocalist and an event MC that can command any room she accompanies. She currently co-hosts a renowned monthly open mic, 'The Sifer', with the Likwuidity collective at the Shrine World Music Venue in Harlem, NYC.
